Terms and Policies

Return Policy:

Your purchase may be exchanged for another item(s) or refunded within fifteen (15) days of the original purchase date.  All sales are final after 15 days from receipt.  Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, and in the original gift box with all warranty cards and instruction booklets intact. No credit will be issued for merchandise that show signs of wear.  Merchandise must be returned from the original purchaser.

Shipping costs on returned items are non-refundable.

Shipping:

Please keep in mind that orders may take 3 to 5 business days to process before they are shipped for items in stock.  We will call or notify by email within 2-3 business days if an item purchased is out of stock or unavailable.

Privacy Policy:

We take your privacy seriously and will protect your personal information. Any personal information received will be only for the use of filling an online order. We will not use your information for any other reason or redistribute that information.

Product Images and Descriptions:

We have attempted to accurately describe and display the merchandise on Calvinbroyles.com with images and detailed descriptions.  However, images do appear differently based on the computer monitor used, therefore, we cannot guarantee that the color of an item will be accurate based on what you see.  Items may appear larger or smaller than their actual size and can be enlarged to show details.  Calvin Broyles Jewelers has the right to not complete an order if there is an error with an image and/or description of any particular item.

Pricing:

Prices and availability may change due to market conditions and vendor price updates.  We attempt to update and price merchandise with accurate retail prices.  However, errors and price updates do occur and will be corrected when brought to our attention.  Calvin Broyles reserves the right to not complete an order for merchandise that has any inaccuracies and/or pricing errors before or after a purchase has be submitted, confirmed, and credit card charged.
