Throughout the entire process the staff at Calvin Broyles, specifically Mark Broyles, was nothing but understanding, patient, and generous. They made the entire process smooth, which gave us peace at mind. I never had any doubts about how our ring would turn out, but my expectations were blown away when my fiancé proposed and I saw my ring for the first time. I worked with Bobby to design a vintage style setting similar to the style of my grandmother's engagement ring. The birthstones of my grandparents, parents, and myself were placed around the center diamond similar to petals on a flower since my grandparents loved flowers. Bobby did a fantastic job and made the ring exactly as I pictured in my mind. I cannot thank Bobby and Calvin Broyles Jewelers enough for creating a beautiful, one of a kind ring that is a constant reminder of my family.

So we drove the hour plus drive to take My ring in to be reshaped and resized. I was N0T disappointed. They did an Excellent job, at an Excellent Price and a quick turnaround time.... So, when my necklace broke while on vacation this summer I could not wait to get home so I could bring it in to have it fixed, at Calvin Broyles.... I didn't even hesitate....
